Hi, I'm Marina!
I am your qualified Personal Trainer specialised in Postpartum Recovery and safe Fitness after birth
I'm born and raised in Switzerland, and I have been training women in various fitness disciplines since 2011. In 2017, I specialized in postpartum recovery and safe fitness for women after childbirth.
As a mother of two boys, a motivator at heart, and the founder of MUMIFit Switzerland, I have dedicated my career to helping thousands of women become the best version of themselves. I have supported hundreds of moms in healing their pelvic floor and reclaiming their strength.
For over seven years, I ran my own personal and group fitness studio in Switzerland, and I absolutely love empowering women to believe in themselves and stand up for their own well-being.
When I became pregnant in 2017, everything changed for me. My difficult birth made me realise that my body was no longer the same. After giving birth, I found myself in a body full of pain—transformed and unfamiliar. I felt lost and alone. I made a promise to myself: No mother should ever have to feel this way.
So, I became the support that I once needed. I immersed myself even deeper into pre- and postnatal training and, together with midwives and physiotherapists, developed a program designed to guide and support mothers safely through postpartum recovery.
I am passionate about helping moms regain their strength, not just physically, but also mentally. Because for every challenge, there is a solution. I want to raise awareness about the mental and emotional shifts that come with motherhood and show women how to turn these changes into strengths.
